AI Operations Advisory

AI Operations Advisory

When AI is already inside the business, the risk shifts from launch to drift. The Advisory keeps direction, cadence, and partner scope aligned.

When AI Operations Advisory helps.

  • Direction continuity · Decisions need to hold steady while systems, people, and agents keep moving.
  • Post-Blueprint cadence · Blueprint delivered; the operating model now needs a monthly review.
  • Partner coordination · Multiple delivery partners running in parallel; one continuity layer required.
  • Model drift · AI moves outpacing the operating-model updates that should govern them.

Not the right fit if the operation needs an internal role on the org chart rather than standing direction. Unsure which path fits? See the comparison.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is AI Operations Advisory?

Strategic direction over the AI operations layer at a monthly cadence. Decisions that hold while systems, people, and agents keep moving underneath. A standing partner on the operating model, not a fractional management role, not retainer hours.

What is the minimum commitment?

3-month minimum, then renewal by choice quarterly. Either party may decline renewal with no obligation. The engagement continues only with clear mutual value. See Terms & Conditions.

How does the monthly rhythm work?

Continuous read of the operating model across the month, not described in a quarterly slide. Monthly review of where the model has moved and where it is exposed. Systems, people, and agents reviewed together at a monthly cadence. Delivery partners coordinated by Radion Consulting, not negotiated separately by the client.

Advisory vs. fractional?

Fractional management holds a role on the org chart. Radion Consulting advises and directs. The engagement is direction-shaped, not time-shaped: decision-continuity at the operating-model layer, not hours billed against a calendar.

Need the Assessment first?

Not required. Recommended when the operating model has not yet been designed: the Assessment produces the artefacts the Advisory then keeps current. Operations with an existing design can begin the Advisory directly.

Who owns the work afterward?

Clients own their own platform instances and data. Copyright in the deliverables and the underlying methodology stays with Radion Barakov; clients receive a right of use, not title. Radion Consulting advises and directs; the operation or a delivery partner runs. The engagement shifts on its own terms when ongoing direction is no longer required.
