Radion Barakov is a Utrecht-based AI Operations Consultant and founder of Radion Consulting. He advises founder-led businesses on how work should run with AI.

Business operations taught him what decisions cost when the work goes wrong. IT and engineering, from delivery to advisory, showed how easily management intent, technical systems, and user reality drift apart.
