AI Operations Assessment

AI Operations Assessment

When AI work moves faster than the operating model, scope becomes guesswork. The Assessment turns one agent into a signed design and partner-ready handoff.

When AI Operations Assessment helps.

  • AI without design · Pilots run, agents exist, but no operating model holds them together.
  • Vendor evaluation · Multiple delivery partners pitching; the scope to compare against is missing.
  • First-agent ambiguity · Clear that one agent should ship first; unclear which, and on what gates.
  • Leadership commitment · A decision document leadership can sign, in writing.

Not the right fit if the operation needs a delivery partner today rather than a design that scopes the partner. For direct delivery, see Fractional AI Partner.

Not a build. Radion Consulting designs the scope; a delivery partner quotes and delivers.

How it works.

  1. Phase 1

    Scope confirmation

Engagement shape confirmed and priced; design begins once scope is signed.

  2. Phase 2

    Design

Operating environment, one scoped agent, and partner scope drafted.

  3. Phase 3

    Handover

Documents delivered. Leadership can sign the decision; a partner can quote the scope.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the Assessment for?

Companies where leadership has agreed AI belongs in the operating model and now needs the first engagement designed at a standard the organisation will inherit. Founders and business partners who need a decision their organisation can act on and a scope a delivery partner can quote against.

What does the Assessment deliver?

An operating-environment design (where AI fits, where it does not, and the boundaries between). One agent scoped in isolation with context map, validation, and risk controls. A decision document leadership can sign against. A scope document a delivery partner can quote against, with handoff and enablement guidance.

Every artefact survives the handover to a delivery partner. Nothing requires Radion Consulting presence to be acted on.

Why does pricing start at €6,500?

The Assessment is per-engagement scope, not a fixed package. Final scope and price are confirmed at engagement start based on operating-environment complexity and the surface of the agent being scoped. €6,500 is the floor. Quotes are stable once confirmed.

Need existing AI infra?

No. The Assessment reads systems, people, and agents together and produces the design before any operational work begins. Existing infrastructure (or its absence) is one input among many. The Assessment designs what should be built, not around what already exists.

Need technical skills in-house?

No. The Assessment is framed for founders, business partners, and operations leads, not engineers. The scope document is structured so a delivery partner can quote against it. If the operation needs additional support, Radion Consulting can recommend engineering, digital, and growth execution partners on request. Compare the paths to see how an in-house hire stacks up against a commissioned engagement.
