How is VAT handled?
All prices include 21 percent NL VAT. EU business buyers based outside the Netherlands can enter a VAT number at checkout; the invoice is then issued under the reverse-charge rule.
Which terms apply to tickets?

What does the dinner ticket include?

Dietary accommodations for the dinner?
Vegetarian and vegan menus available on request. Allergies handled individually; the confirmation email collects details from dinner ticket holders 7 days before the event.
Will the event be recorded?
General crowd shots may appear in event recap material. Close-up portraits only with the attendee’s consent; an opt-out wristband is available at entry. The dinner is off the record.
