2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellations

• • a. Clients may request to cancel a consultancy engagement within 30 days prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
  • b. If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 80% may apply.
  • c. Radion Consulting reserves the right to cancel a service at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

2.2 Refunds

• Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
  
  • a. If Radion Consulting cancels a scheduled service.
  • b. If a client cancels within the allowed cancellation period.
  • c. If a service has not been delivered as agreed and a refund request is made within 30 days of the service date.
  • d. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with supporting details.
  • e.Processing times for refunds may take up to 15 business days.

2.3 Non-Refundable Services

• • a. Services that have already been delivered in full are non-refundable.
  • b. In some cases, a pre-payment is required but not deposits. In the case of a pre-payment, conditions are specified in the contract with the client.
  • c. Custom consultancy solutions, tailored reports, or research services are non-refundable once delivered.
