Payment accepted via SEPA and international bank transfers. Pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. All costs agreed upfront. Payment terms:
- Discovery packages: €850–€4,500 one-time, 100% upfront (Net 0)
- Partnership subscriptions: €4,500/mo–€9,000/mo, billed monthly
- Extended engagements: terms agreed case-by-case

What commitment discounts exist?
Partnership subscriptions offer commitment discounts:
- 3-month: Base rate (minimum commitment)
- 6-month: 10% discount
- 12-month: 20% discount

Who owns deliverables afterward?

What's the refund policy here?
Discovery packages require 100% upfront payment. Once work commences, packages are non-refundable. If Radion Consulting fails to deliver agreed deliverables, a pro-rata refund is provided.
